The 2011 Longboard Classic was the most summerly edition so far: Temperatures around 25 degrees, summer slush and wet snow avalanches in the Albona face resulted in a new,
shortened race course through the Rauz Tobel. What sounded like a poor alternative, turned out to be one of the best Longboard Classic of all time!

I did my best to keep the weather department in good mood (as I have promised at the prize giving) and offer you now more than 2m of snow.
