Mike Jacoby Longboard Classic Legend

Started snowboarding. In 1987 turned pro and started riding for Burton snowboards.
In the first World Cup tour witch came to Zürs. This valley became a favorite.

He is known for the J-tear in the half pipe and as "Captain Snowboard America Speed Freak" in Japan.

From 1987 to 2002 he won three world championships, six overall world cups and 98 Olympics 16th in the Giant Slalom.

In 2002 retired to Flying. As a bush pilot in Alaska also flew charters and cargo in America.

Today he is a UAV (drone) instructor for Insitu. (Boeing)
